Amazing Food Choices

These YoCrunch yogurt cups make a great addition
any meal of the day.  It comes in multiple flavors (and
many I probably haven't tried yet).  The ones I have
tried include; m&m's, oreo, Resse's Pieces, and chips
ahoy!  There aren't too many carbs in either the large
or small variety.  The small ones are between 22 and 25
while the large ones are around 28.
This Smucker's strawberry jelly makes a great alternative
to regular sugar jellies of the same brand.  It's the same
amount of great taste for lower carbs.  One serving of
jelly contains only 6 grams of carbs.  Use this for lunch
and you'll be wanting it everyday!  Also tastes good on
french toast!
